Broad and full on the palate, with juicy stone fruit, a fine mineral line and a soft, flowing texture. Fresh, crunchy acidity lifts, while a light dusting of spice carries through on the lightly textural finish. A dry, layered, feel-good Pinot Gris - well-balanced, generous and a weeknight winner.
