Beautifully aromatic, with butter, baked apple, fresh pastry, and a touch of salty sea spray. Creamy and leesy on the palate, layered with green apple, kaffir lime, and melon. Broad and weighty, yet lifted by ripe lemon acidity. A waxy, mouthcoating finish lingers, light, yet layered and textural. Vibrant, electric, and full of energy.
