Mahi ‘The Wreckin’ Single Vineyard Chardonnay 2024

Ripe, complex, and creamy on the nose. Warm, fuzzy peach, baked apple and young pineapple, with a wire wool and stony mineral edge. On the palate, it's both voluptuous and electric with a lively fresh lemon rind acidity that lifts the creamy texture and lightly woody toast and vanilla up and across the back of the palate. Lightly smoky and mineral, with a rounded textural grip and toasted nut flavours on the long, layered finish. This is a structural, concentrated and age-worthy.

A fabulous single vineyard example from one of my favourite NZ vineyards. Get some in the cellar and watch this beauty glow!
