Starts a touch reserved, then sharpens into focus with lemon zest, white peach, almond meal bread and a flick of flint. The palate comes in soft and buttery, then tightens and drives through the back with a citrus lift. Stone fruit, ripe citrus, and spiced biscuit notes sit neatly within a moderate-weight frame. Energetic, fresh, yet layered - this wine has superb energy and well-handled, light oak. Finishing on toasted nuts and mineral detail, with clean acidity and enough weight to take on richer bites and creamy dishes - delicious!
