This smells divine. An intense bouquet of florals, rose petals, jasmine and blossoms over a core of red berries, freshly picked strawberries, freeze-dried raspberries and a whiff of shortcrust biscuits. The intensity continues on the palate, with mouthwatering, mineral- and stone-laced acidity carrying the floral and red fruit flavours through to a lingering, moreish perfume. Dry, lightly creamy, and textural, it’s a fabulous rosé that delivers bags of flavour for the price.
