A meaty, hickory BBQ rib savouriness sits underneath. The palate is dry, light and dainty, perfumed with roses and violet before revealing a deeper core of red fruit and herbs. Lively acidity and a fine silky tannin texture give freshness and flow, finishing crunchy and finely chalky, with lingering herbs and a dusting of dark berry fruit.
