Warm, layered and inviting on the nose, with baked apple, lemon rind, white blossom and spice aromas, underpinned by a gentle smoky reduction. Rich, golden, and downright delicious on the palate, packing a powerful punch of ripe orchard and stone-fruit flavours, wrapped in delicate spice and toast across a supple mouthful. Long and finely textured through the finish, balanced by a chalky thread that reins in the richness. Full noise and fabulous.
