The palate is ripe and succulent, with a rounded, creamy texture that carries red fruit, dried tarragon, and a fresh acidity. A delicate mineral line weaves through rhubarb and wild strawberry flavours before finishing fine, chalky, and lightly textural. Altogether, it's a sophisticated sipper, perfect for pre-dinner drinks on the deck with aperitifs.
