Lemon sherbet acidity and biscuity flavours float on the creamy mousse lead to a lingering, toasty finish reminiscent of lemon meringue pie. Broad, complex, and unmistakably fine Chardonnay. A mature, sophisticated party starter! Drinking beautifully now.
