A Hawke’s Bay rosé with real personality, blending 60% Tempranillo and 20% Syrah from the Earth Vineyard in Bridge Pa Triangle with 20% Merlot from the Stone Vineyard in Gimblett Gravels.

Vibrant cherry red in colour, it’s not shy about being its own style of rosé. Aromas of violet and peony rise over red cherry, raspberry and dried fig. The palate is weighty and mouth-filling with juicy strawberry and cranberry flavours, finishing long on fig and light spice. Dry, rich and structured, with moderate acidity carrying the dense, juicy, fruited core. Deliciously concentrated, a grown-up gastronomic rosé.
