Pale salmon in colour, with a creamy and lifted nose, showing wild strawberry and sweet raspberry sherbet, with subtle herbal notes alongside white peach and green pear. Medium-bodied, with a soft mid palate and a creamy, yoghurt-flavoured, lively mousse, all balanced by moderate acidity and brut-style sweetness (10 g/L RS). The finish is gently floral, with a rose perfume layered over creamy meringue, on a lightly waxy texture. Fresh, playful, and naturally low alcohol - another tasty innovation, showing the potential for Glera made under Methode Traditionnelle.
