Daniel Le Brun Blanc de Blancs Methode Traditionnelle 2018

Marlborough, New Zealand.

★ 4.5 - 91 pts

Bright and biscuity on the nose, with lovely lemon balm, hay, green apple, and pear notes. Tight and mineral, with a linear, stony aroma. On the palate, fresh and citrus-driven, with a light, fine, sophisticated mousse and a rich, lemon-peel-flavoured, lively acidity. Fine and chalky on the finish, with a subtly creamy, layered profile of biscuit, red apple, and almond. Great drinking for the price point.
