Love the colour - bright, candyfloss pink. The nose bursts with ripe strawberry, dried cranberry, red grapefruit, blood orange and a lick of thyme. Dry and textural on the palate with chalky grip, showing blood orange, apricot and peach fruit wrapped in taut, mouthwatering acidity and stony freshness. Lingering sweet florals and a savoury, bone-dry finish - a grown-up rosé for drinks on the deck and sharing plates.
