Deep and dense, with iodine, dark cherry and wild strawberry wrapped in dried rose, smoky white pepper, dried violets and succulent plants, with a faintly beefy edge. Dark plum, warm spice, sour raspberry and subtle autumn leaves sit beneath the aromatics.

The palate is silky yet textural, with a mineral, chalk-dust tannin grip and citrus acidity. Black tea, thyme, a hint of saline and a lightly tarry texture run through the finish. It carries natural-wine energy, complexity and maturity, and a gamey twist, all flowing on a silky palate shaped by extended time in small-format oak.
