Very floral, with rose petals, dark cherry purée, dried strawberry and redcurrant, underpinned by herbal tea and earthy forest floor. Delicious notes of oxo beef stock, dried porcini and a lick of balsamic deepen the profile. The palate is bright and fruity yet quietly untamed, showing black tea, cherry-cola lollies and earthy length. Fine, framing tannins and fresh acidity give structure to a wine that rewards a curious palate and the time to contemplate.

No added sulphides - preservative free.
