Floral and gently blossomy, with ripe lemon and lime citrus, layered with subtle almond, white pepper, melon and greengage, plus a faint herbal fennel lift. The palate is bone dry, with a delicate mouthfeel and lively, fresh acidity. Crunchy orchard fruit sits on a saline-mineral backbone, finishing medium-long with a lightly savoury almond note and lingering citrus peel. Mouthwatering, mineral-driven and immediately moreish. A refreshing, savoury sharer.
