Wow. That’s a big nose! Stewed strawberry, cherry, bacon fat, a whiff of iodine- and a sprinkle of white pepper – it’s a full-on aromatic feast. On the palate, it’s savoury and mineral, yet bursting with flavour: sour red fruits, grippy ripe tannins, and a smoky, five-spice undercurrent that trails off into black Ceylon tea. Fermented in the vineyard with 20% whole bunch, this wine is pure character in a glass. Only 940 bottles made - and it's well worth seeking out!
