A berry compote of aromas with cherry and blackcurrant, blueberry, white pepper, all ripe and jammy, alongside crunchy plum, floral violets and freshly turned soil. The palate is mouthfilling yet supple, a good nod towards Côte Rôtie, with sour cherry, dried rosemary and black tea tannins. Crisp acidity, mineral crunch and herbal flavours of coriander seed and olive tapenade carry on the finish. Long, pure and quietly powerful, both muscly and elegant, like a powerlifter in a silk dress. Love it!

This one will be fun to watch further evolving, if you can wait!
