Red cherry and wild raspberry roll into dried strawberry, smoky bacon frazzles and rose petals, backed by dark cherries and that rain-on-a-hot-road lovely smell. Summer hay, a little soy depth and charred wood add savoury layers. The palate is energetic and silky, with tart red fruit and fine-grained tannins, and a smooth flow that carries the fruit from start to finish. Beautifully defined, expressive and balanced - a top drop!
