White florals up front, with depth on the nose; savoury, creamy, smoky lees, wild thyme, lemon, apple, grapefruit, and flint. The palate is dense and delicious, bursting with passionfruit, ripe honeydew melon, and juicy, ripe lemon before leaning into gentle spice, nutmeg, and white pepper. Finishing salty, fine and chalky-textured; it glides, full of personality and flavour - this is one fine example of the 2025 vintage. Delicious!
