A tiny blush in the glass hints at the secret here – it’s a white Pinot Noir! The nose lifts with Nashi pear, white peach, lemon curd and spring blossom, all layered over a whisper of dried raspberry and a flicker of flint. The palate is dry and textural, with pure fruit, a gentle grip and zesty acidity. Flavours of crunchy peach, crisp pear and citrus, wrapped up in a dense yet elegant mouthful that finishes savoury, long and lightly mineral. Perfect for when you want to share that something a little bit special.
