Youthful and bright aromatics, with deliciously detailed red berry fruits of wild strawberry and redcurrant, layered with violet florals and underpinned by wild thyme, a subtle earthy edge and delicate spice. A fine-edged core of red berry fruit on the palate, with a softly creamy texture, fine chalky tannins and bright, crunchy acidity. Delicate sprinkles of light wood spice add another layer of complexity. Defined and expressive.
