A delicious bouquet of fresh bread, salted pastry and lemon rind, with citrus blossom and blanched almond. Smells divine. A fine and expanding mousse carries delicate flavours of ripe citrus and yellow apple, with a whole lot of creaminess to boot. Light oyster shell and salted pastry come through on the elegant, lengthy finish. This is an awesome party starter that won't be beaten on value.
