Ripe, weighty and creamy on the palate with cruscending chenin acidity that’s true to varietal. Flavours of lemon curd, pear skin, and quince layered with soft peach, saline and a gentle, honeyed, leesy note. Finishing balanced and long with a savoury chewiness.
