Elegant and fresh on the nose, with a mineral crispness over aromas of ripe stone fruit, lemon curd and subtle white florals. Gentle oak and malo show a soft butteriness, with vanilla and light almond notes, and some subtle flinty reduction. Medium bodied, rounded and controlled on the palate, with ripe peach and lemon citrus flavours over a fine acid line, and a soft, gentle creaminess and smokiness through the mid-palate. A savoury, lightly nutty edge on the finish and a finely textured feel. Lovely!
