Floral and delicate, with an edge of honeysuckle sweetness, stoney and lime skin, white peach and green apple - classic Riesling aromas. Zesty, fresh acidity with a core of lemonade, yellow grapefruit, and lime juice, just off-dry, around 5-7g residual sugar, with high, linear, crunchy acidity. Citrus dominates, with lime and lemon pith on the finish. Light-bodied and firm, with a mouthwatering texture and distinctly mineral feel, clean and focused with a faint saline edge. A dry, structural, single vineyard expression - very classy!
