Aromatic and a little wild, opening with lifted dark cherry, balsamic, wild raspberry and sour cherry, layered with dried rose, Earl Grey tea and soft earth.

The palate is textural and tangy with sweet and tart red fruits, black tea, dried thyme, slowberries and a faint cider note. It finishes long, earthy and gently, with cherry and herbal notes carried on fine, dry mineral tannins. An expressive, natural style that rewards curiosity and reflects the mature, site-driven character of North Canterbury Pinot Noir.
